This workshop will focus on:

  • Paediatric Feeding Disorders and oropharyngeal dysphagia.
  • How to participate in a Team-based assessment.
  • Specify key risk factors impacting a child’s safety.
  • Recognise the influence of motor and sensory skills on a child's feeding skills.
  • Contribute to a team-based clinical impression and management plan that supports development of feeding skills.
  • Engage in family-centered practice considering culture, values, stress and expectations.
