 What is PACE? Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) allows property owners to receive up-front financing for qualifying improvements. Speak to industry experts about the qualifying improvements which include energy and wind resistance projects including roofs, windows, and solar panels.
The Workshop will offer the following conversation: How is PACE different from other financing options? What are the basics of the assessment? What are the qualifying improvements? Who are the Miramar PACE providers? How to become a PACE Contractor?
