The ARTBA Public-Private Partnerships (P3s) in Transportation Division’s February 13 webinar will feature an update from the <a href="http://www.gatewayprogram.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Gateway Program Development Corporation</a>. Gateway is a comprehensive rail investment program in the New York-New Jersey region that would improve reliability, resiliency and redundancy while creating new capacity for a critical section of the Northeast Corridor (NEC) – the most heavily used passenger rail line in the country.
Attendees will learn the current status of The Portal North Bridge and The Hudson Tunnel Project development.
Attendees will also get a federal legislative update from our government affairs team.
All ARTBA members are welcome to participate and ask questions. A limited number of spaces are available so register now!

Frank Sacr, Interim Executive Director of the Gateway Program Development Corporation (GDC), will discuss the current status of their programs. Prior to his appointment as Interim Executive Director for GDC, he was the Interim Chief Financial Officer for GDC and was responsible for all financing aspects of Gateway. GDC was established in 2016 to oversee and deliver the Gateway Program, with support from its partner agencies, Amtrak, NJ Transit, and the Port Authority of New York &amp; New Jersey.

Joe Wingerter, Vice President of Project Development at Kiewit Corporation and President of ARTBA&#x27;s P3 Division, will moderate.
