Do you ever feel like a fraud, despite evidence of your accomplishments and capabilities? You're not alone. Imposter Syndrome affects countless individuals, causing them to doubt their abilities and downplay their achievements. However, it doesn't have to control your narrative. In this empowering session, "Owning Your Narrative: Beating Imposter Syndrome," we will delve into the roots of Imposter Syndrome and learn effective strategies to overcome it.

Led by New Mexico Branch Director (and imposter syndrome survivor-in-training) Kim Madrid, this session will provide practical tools and techniques to reframe negative self-talk, build self-confidence, and cultivate a resilient mindset.

Participants will explore the importance of self-awareness, self-compassion, and setting realistic expectations for themselves. They will also discover how to leverage their strengths and achievements to silence the inner critic and embrace their full potential.

By the end of "Owning Your Narrative: Beating Imposter Syndrome," participants will walk away with a renewed sense of self-worth, equipped with the knowledge and skills to confront Imposter Syndrome head-on and thrive in their personal and professional lives. It's time to take control of your narrative and rewrite the story of your success!
