Own the Mic -public speaking for women entrepreneurs, creatives, networking

Hi ladies! 😀We've got some exciting news to share with you! "Own the Mic," our next event, is happening on June 24, 2024, at the Auditorium of Alpharetta Library from 5:45 PM to 7:45 PM.

"Own the Mic" is an event specially designed by the "Entrepreneurial Ladies" for women entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals like you. Our main goal is to provide a platform for practicing public speaking, networking, and connecting with like-minded women.

Public speaking may be one of the top fears for many, but we believe it's a powerful tool for boosting confidence and self-esteem. That's why at "Own the Mic," we're all about LISTENING, learning, practicing, and training our COURAGE muscles together.

We encourage real conversations, where you can share your journey, passions, and insights. Each attendee will have 5-7 minutes in the spotlight to speak from the heart. You get to choose the topic of your presentation, and we've got a list of suggested topics ranging from business and entrepreneurship to personal motivation and stories.

This time, our theme is "Letting Go of Perfectionism." If you've got something to say about this topic, we'd love to hear it! But if not, feel free to join us and share your story or use your 5-7 minutes to practice a presentation for your job.

Whether English is your native language or a second language, you are welcome here. "Own the Mic" is a cozy space where women lift each other up, build confidence, make connections, and have a blast doing it.
