Sept 26: Overcommitment equals stress

Saying Yes to Saying No. Many people struggle with saying "yes" to too many responsibilities, leaving little time for rest, reflection, or personal well-being. Research suggests that chronic overcommitment can contribute to stress, burnout, exhaustion, and reduced life satisfaction. In this workshop, we will explore the relationship between overcommitment and stress, learn how to identify what truly matters, and discover practical strategies for creating healthier boundaries. Through reflection and guided meditation, participants will gain tools to cultivate greater balance, clarity, and peace in their lives.

Light Breakfast: Meet and mingle with everyone (while supplies last before the start of the program): 9.45 am to 10:00 am
