Who is this seminar created for?

Anyone who participates on a team! From owners and executives to key players and department heads. The goal is to help team identify how to work better together by understanding the 5 fundamentals that make for great teams. Teamwork is simple – at least, in theory. But in practice, it’s difficult and sometimes dysfunctional. We’re all fallible and messy creatures, and when we come together for work, things can get messy.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to transform your team dynamics!

Frequently asked questions

Is there any preparation for the day?

The best preparation is to clear the calendars of the participants so that they can be fully present for the day. While there will be breaks throughout the day for phone calls and follow up at the office, we would ask that each participant is available and engaged.

Will we be given any sort of materials as part of the seminar?

Yes. Each participant will receive a Participant Workbook that provides an outline for the day. The Workbook is a walk along companion to the materials presented and will allow for notes throughout the day. We will provide pens and highlighters.

Will there be any follow-up work from the seminar?

We will highly recommend a series of meetings with your team after the seminar that will create momentum for embedding the principles. You will be advised on a communication plan and have the opportunity to outline clear next steps with the facilitators before the end of the session.

Is there any opportunity for additional involvement from the facilitators with our team afterwards?

We would love the opportunity to continue to walk with you as you implement these important principles, and we’re happy to discuss your thoughts around how to do that separately.
