The 1-hour webinar will be held over Zoom. The presentation will include information on perfectionism and types of comparison. You will reflect on your own perfectionism and it's impact, and learn two strategies for perfectionism. There will be an opportunity for Q&A.

How can I get the most from this webinar?

Log on to Zoom about 5-10 minutes in advance. Make sure you are in a quiet place where you can concentrate. Come ready to be open and honest with yourself. Turn off your microphone during the presentation. You can even take notes. Ask any questions you have at the end!
