Nikki Ahlgren started her career journey at the early age of 14. She’s gone from working multiple jobs, 80 hour weeks to finding balance and her true passion by helping others. She considers herself the “queen of the pivot” with her ability to navigate several industries and functions throughout her career. She’s also worked with start-ups, Fortune 100 companies and launched her own business, Hilo Talent Partners. At Hilo, Nikki helps clients go from good to great by crafting talent strategies and recruiting top talent.
