The Cultural Landscape Foundation(TCLF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 1998 to connect people to places. TCLF educates and engages the public to make our shared landscape heritage more visible, identify its value, and empower its stewards. Through itswebsite, publishing, lectures, and other events, TCLF broadens support and understanding for cultural landscapes. TCLF is also home to theCornelia Hahn Oberlander International Landscape Architecture Prize.

The village-like city of Ojai, set in a valley in the Topatopa Mountains northwest of Los Angeles, is the destination for The Cultural Landscape Foundation’s Annual Excursion. This annual excursion, which usually sells out months in advance, is limited to 50 people. Landscape architect Pamela Burton, FASLA, is curating this daylong event, which includes visits to a selection of private residential and agricultural estates, including Burton’s own splendid property. The day will be punctuated by a sumptuous luncheon. Never before have all of these exquisite properties been accessible on one tour.  
The day concludes with a reception at the A + D Architecture and Design Museum>Los Angeles where <A HREF="http://tclf.org/sites/default/files/microsites/halprinlegacy/index.html" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Landscape Architecture of Lawrence Halprin</A>, a traveling photographic exhibition about the life and work of landscape architect Lawrence Halprin (1916-2009), will be on view and where we will honor a 2017 Stewardship Excellence Award winner.
The tour, transportation, refreshments, lunch, and a post-excursion reception are included. Tickets are $1,000 per person and proceeds provide vital support to TCLF’s year-round educational programs.
Tickets for the Friday evening reception only are also available at $95 per person.
LA CES™ professional development hours will be available to excursion attendees.

Refund Policy: Cancellations and Refunds will be granted according to the following schedule: Up to two (2) weeks in advance: 90% (Deduction represents administrative processing fees) Less than two (2) weeks in advance but up to seven (7) days prior: 70% No refunds will be made for cancellations seven (7) days prior to event No refunds will be made for “No Shows” (a person who registers for a program but who does not cancel registration or attend the program). Refunds will be processed as they are received or after the conclusion of the program, depending on the program date and when cancellation occurs. Refunds may take five (5) to seven (7) business days to process.
