About this event

This is our second annual Town Hall Event: an in-person networking opportunity for Outer Cape Community Solutions' current or interested network partners! The day will be a mix of interactive presentations, networking opportunities, and facilitated small group discussions on the unique challenges and opportunities we have on the Outer Cape to improve outcomes related to social determinants of health and health equity.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided provided and agencies are encouraged to bring organizational resources to share.

Our kick-off speaker will be Dr.Damian K. L. Archer, MD - Outer Cape Health Services' new CEO!

Who can attend this event?

Any current network members of OCCS or those who are involved in health/human service work on the Outer Cape are encouraged to attend

Do I need to attend the entire day?

You are encouraged to come even for a few minutes of networking time. That said, the agenda is intentionally structured to delve deeper into discussion topics, so please prioritize full attendance.

What will be served for breakfast and lunch?

The Four Points Sheraton will provide catering. Breakfast will include bagels, fruit, coffee, and pastries. Lunch will be an Italian buffet with gluten free and vegetarian options.

What should I bring to this event?

We encourage you to take notes during the presentations. Please feel free to also bring organizational resources to share as we will have tables set up for this purpose.
