Our sequence will include breathwork, mindfulness, and a moderately-paced vinyasa-style flow synchronizing breath to movement. Open to all levels, all ages, and ALL bodies - modifications are always available and welcomed.

Come move your body under the sun, calm and tame the mind, and gain a sense of community with others. I can't wait to see you there :)


Dress in whatever is most comfortable to YOU, atheltic/movement style clothes recommended.
