Join Ms. Jan for Nature Storytime! Have you ever considered what the #1 toy is through history and around the world? It is sticks! As grownups, we are often tell kids to put down the sticks or stop children from playing with them. However, they are one of the best tools for open ended imaginative play! Come along with Miss Jan to open up our imaginations and use sticks for great imaginative play! After a story about imagining our sticks as something else, we will play with real sticks with a focus on safety while using our “not sticks” and support children in navigating the risks of stick play.
