TruFusion STL certified instructor will take you through a 45 minute Pilates class which will incorporate yoga, burts of cardio, and strength training! Class will take place on the concerete area next to Rockwell Beer Garden in Francis Park. Stay after and enjoy food from Kalifornia Cusine food truck from 1PM - 6PM!
Our classes are achievable for people at ALL LEVELS, and we are devoted to providing a
supportive and educational environment. Our instructors guide with each student’s individual
skill set in mind!
