The California Department of Parks and Recreation Office of Grants and Local Services invites you to attend our Outdoor Equity Grants Program (OEP) Webinar through Microsoft Teams on the following dates:<ul><li>Tuesday, June 29, 2021 from 9:30 am - 12:30pm</li><li>Wednesday, June 30 from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm</li><li>Thursday, July 1 from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm</li><li>Wednesday, July 14 from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm</li><li>Thursday, July 15 from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm</li></ul>A calendar invite with the meeting link and call in information will be sent to you at least two days prior to the workshop date you have signed up for. A reminder email with the link and call information will be sent the morning of the workshop as well. All invites and emails will come from OGALS@parks.ca.gov. Please check you junk/spam folder if you have not received anything one hour before the workshop is to begin.Please read the directions for Microsoft Teams below prior to the webinar.Microsoft Teams will open through either a downloaded application or your default internet browser. 1. You will be placed on mute as soon as the webinar is joined or when the call connects.<ul><li> If joining by telephone press *6 to mute/unmute your line. Please be aware that there is a slight delay.</li></ul>NOTE: When you join, you will be placed in a lobby prior to the workshop start.Questions during the presentation: Questions can be asked through the chat function. The chat function is found on the control bar by clicking the Word Bubble icon. Once the chat icon is clicked, the chat should show up on the right side of you screen. <ul><li>TIP: If you cannot access the chat feature, try closing and restarting the meeting.</li></ul>For the duration of the webinar, please plan to:<ul><li>Keep your device on mute.</li><li>Keep your video camera off.</li><li>Ask questions using the chat function.</li></ul>If you have any questions or need technical assistance please contact OGALS@parks.ca.gov.If you would like to ask any questions on the Outdoor Equity Grants Program Application Guide before or after the webinar, please email the <a href="https://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=30502" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Competitive Review Officer</a> for your county.
