We’ll discuss the performance-based continuum and the current emphasis on outcome-based contracting coming from the FAR overhaul and the new FAR Companion. After introducing the concepts, we’ll engage in a frank discussion of best practices and approaches for making performance-based or outcome-based contracting work for the government and industry.
