Located at the Headquarters in Seaport District, Dorothy's brings a cozy neighborhood feel to the heart of vibrant downtown San Diego. For too long, wine bars have been associated with stuffy sommeliers, pretentious bartenders, and an overall unwelcoming vibe. Not here.

Going to Dorothy’s is like going to your best friend’s place - exceptional wine, fun music, great company, and an immaculate vibe - that’s it! At Dorothy's, we focus on small independent new world winemakers who make top tier wines, but often have to compete with the big names to be seen and have space on a menu.

We are HRC San Diego!

By empowering and mobilizing people at the grassroots level, HRC San Diego aims to create impactful change, providing advocacy for HRC’s mission and work on the ground.

HRC San Diego is a dedicated team of volunteers who use their experience and talents to develop a more affirming, inclusive, and equitable community.

HRC San Diego educates the public on LGBTQ+ issues, engages the community in the fight for equality, raises funds, builds local partnerships, and mobilizes voters for pro-equality candidates. Its Steering Committee members lead various program areas—such as fundraising, engagement, and political action—bringing their unique skills to the cause. Volunteers gain experience in areas like public speaking, planning, donor stewardship, and more, all while receiving support and training from HRC staff.
