OurCookQuest Miso Making Workshop

OurCookQuest

We welcome you to join us for a food workshop on miso making. Guests will not only make their own miso to take home, but we'll also be teaching delicious applications. The techniques will include herb compound butter (or cheese spread), peanut butter, quick pickles and caramel sauce. Drinks and snacks inspired by the elements of the class will be served.

Cream of Seasonal Vegetable Soup*
Cookie & Hot Caramel Milk Drink
* If you're not down with a meat stock, we can provide a veggie option as long as you buy your ticket one week in advance.
Note: Menu may change due to availability of ingredients.
