This workshop offers practical tools to relieve discomfort, improve alignment, and understand how sacroiliac joint imbalances can impact the entire body. You'll leave with simple, effective practices to support healing at home and on the mat.


Susan is a C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist and Board-Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner with over a decade of experience in yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and holistic healing. She also holds certifications in Tibetan Cranial Therapy, Reiki, Thai Yoga Massage, and Spinal Flow, and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Virginia and Colorado.
