Currituck 4-H will be hosting a trip to Raleigh NC to visit the legislative building where we will learn about the general assembly and legislative process then we will tour the Science museum and learn about aero space, butterfly houses, wildlife, dinosours and much more. We will wrap up with the History Museum with exhibits dating back14000 years of history and the story of North Carolina. This trip will be a great learning experience with each tour lasting around one hour each. Both trips will be exactly the same. For ages 10-18

Each child must bring a bag lunch and drink. The van will leave Currituck Extension at 6:30am and will return back around 5:30pm. We ask that you be on time we have to be in Raleigh and ready to tour by 10am.

There is a $5.00 registration fee. This may be paid online through eventbrite or you may pay with cash or check. Cash and check payments need to be paid within five days of your registration. If you are paying by check please make it payable to NCSU, and mail it to NCCE 120 Community Way Barco NC 27917.

Registration is not complete until your child is enrolled in NC 4-H for the 2024 program year. The link to do that is https://v2.4honline.com/ . We will gladly help you complete your online registration and 4-H Enrollment. Please feel free to call us at 252-232-2262, and we will walk you through the process.
