Can we bring our own lounge chair?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may bring your own lounge chair.  However, no chair sleeves or carriers will be permitted into the venue.  If asked to remove it you may leave it at the gate or bring it back to your car.

Are coolers permitted?

Accepted Answer

No coolers are permitted inside the venue.  You will also not be allowed to go outside of the venue to your vehicle once inside.  Also, no outside containers, cups, or jars, etc. will be allowed inside.  No Stanley's, Hydro flasks. etc. are permitted inside the venue.

Are pop up tents permitted?

Accepted Answer

No pop up tents are permitted.

Question 4

Are umbrellas permitted?

Accepted Answer

No, umbrellas are not permitted as they obstruct the view of other guests.

Question 5

Are bags allowed inside the venue?

Accepted Answer

We are following a clear bag policy.  Approved bags should be no larger than 12"x6"x12". These can include the following clear bags: clear backpacks, clear fanny packs, clear purses, one-gallon size clear plastic zip lock type bags, etc.  ALL BAGS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BY SECURITY.

Will there be security?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be security.  Please cooperate with all Blue 42 and Powell's Roadside Market volunteers and staff, along with all security personnel at all times.  Any suspicious behavior or items will be reported immediately to security staff.

Question 7

Can we bring our own alcohol or other beverages?

Accepted Answer

Per the ALE and Blue 42's Brewing Barn, no outside alcoholic beverages or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.  Alcoholic beverages will only be served to individuals of legal drinking age that possess a valid ID.

Illegal Substances

Accepted Answer

The use and possession of illegal substances are strictly prohibited an will result in removal from venue and possible legal action.

Question 9

Can we take photographs  and videos?

Accepted Answer

Personal, non-professional photos for personal use are allowed, but flash photography and professional equipment are strictly prohibited.  Unless authorized by venue or Tour personnel (credentials required).

SMILE!  We will have a professional photographer on site, so you may photographed while having fun at this concert.  By entering this venue you are consenting to the use of your photo/image to be used for marketing purposes and social media.

Do we have to throw away our trash?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please throw away all of your trash in our designated receptacles.  Help us maintain this area and keep it clean by cleaning up after yourself, your family and friends!  Thank you so very much!

Should you require medical attention, please locate an event staff or security person immediately.

Weapons of any kind, Coolers, Umbrellas, Pop Up Tents, Alcohol, Non Clear Bags, Illegal Drugs/Substances, Glass Containers, Outside Containers, Cans, Laser Pointers, Animals (except service animals), Fireworks, UAV (drone).
