An intimate evening of shared tables & relaxed dining; good food & great company.
We’ll begin from 6:00pm with Aperitivo Hour - our take on the Italian tradition of easing into the evening with a drink & something to nibble. Your first aperitivo is included & we’ll be serving Limoncello Spritz with zesty lemon, a delicate hint of thyme & a generous fizz - bright, herbaceous & effortlessly summery. This will be accompanied by a selection of snacks & live music from Swansong Acoustic.
From 7:30pm, we’ll gather around Our Shared Table.
Expect a generous spread of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, designed to be shared, laid out for everyone to help themselves & enjoy at their own pace. A relaxed way to dine, take your time & enjoy the evening with the people around you.
We’ve created a set menu for the evening, focusing on fresh, seasonal flavours & dishes we love. As the food will be prepared specifically for the table, we won’t be able to accommodate amendments or changes - we simply ask you to come ready to enjoy the menu as it’s been created.
Throughout the evening, we’ll be pouring a selection of wines & prosecco & our bar will be open as usual. We’ve also been busy creating a collection of handcrafted cocktails to enjoy alongside all of your Reclamation Room favourites from our regular menu.

Live Acoustic Set
Once everyone is settled, Swansong Acoustic - Nigel Smith on guitar & Karen Gilmore on vocals - will join us for their first set. Expect acoustic sounds with a little earth, rasp & soul. Something intimate & natural to ease us into the evening.

The Table
This is the heart of the evening; Our table is served. This is a communal spread - one long table, shared space &, hopefully, a few new faces to get to know. The evening is designed to be relaxed & easy. A chance to chat with someone you might not know, share a plate, pour another glass & find yourself in conversation. No formalities, no rushing - just good food as the excuse to gather & connect.
