We’ve teamed up with our hosts the Hybrid Project, to bring you our first official Rox Queens European retreat for female athletes and it's all happening at the renowned Mike’s Gym/ outdoor training playground in Marbella! This esteemed training haven has long been the preferred choice for numerous Elite athletes and their communities in the Hyrox space. Get ready to level up both mentally and physically with this pre-season retreat, alongside fellow female athletes from across the world.

We ask participants to complete a questionnaire once you have secured your spot on our retreat up to ensure that we can tailor the experience to meet individual needs. Understanding your fitness level, any injuries, and dietary requirements in advance allows us to plan and modify sessions according

Can I have a room to myself?

We cannot guarantee this availability; however, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

How are transfers organised and what are the associated costs?

Mike's gym is conveniently located just 30 minutes away from Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport. The most cost-effective and convenient transportation option is to share a taxi with other queens heading to the retreat. These taxis are readily available outside the airport and typically cost around £10 p
