What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The Dulles Hilton provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Dulles airport. For local attendees and attendees renting vehicles, the Dulles Hilton provides ample free parking.

What's the refund policy?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer registration refunds.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not need to bring a printed ticket to the event. We will maintain a roster of all registered attendees.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
