We are going to do set of exercises and practices that help to open up the Second chakra, which is responsible for our pleasures, sexuality, creativity, abundance in life. Using movement, meditation, healing touch, balancing emotions, and energy work we will be relieving the body of tensions and stress.

In our multicultural society we have many different views about sex. Some cultures are very open to it; others are opposite and can’t even talk about this topic. Sadly, when it comes to a discussion about sex we, people, are often more likely to dwell on the negative and avoid talking about the positive. And as a result, the amazing pure and beautiful energy, that is sex, is often portrayed in ways that sound dirty and shameless. This is self contradictory and particularly confusing considering the fact that every single one of us on this planet is a product of sex. Did we all come from a dirty shameless act, or from a natural, healthy expression of mental, emotional and physical energy and sensual pleasure?
Our first sexual experience plays a major role for the rest of sexual life. A lot of people can’t enjoy sex with their partner, very often they loose interest after some time, many of them would love to bring the spark back but do not know how. Many people live with shame about their sexuality, can’t enjoy it and other things in their life. Sometimes one bad sexual experience can seriously affect how we feel and show up in other areas of life. When people live with this baggage in their heads and do nothing about it, later these thoughts, feelings and perception might transfer into diseases such as infertility, urinary diseases, impotence, prostate problems, uterine fibroids and many others.
Fortunately, every person has a chance to change it. After we have healed a lot of our sexual traumas we are here to help others. The good news is that our work is directed to shower your Sexual Chakra area with love and energy, releasing the unwanted past experiences and bringing pure joy there. It is so much easier to clear all of this baggage while it’s still in your head, before it gets transferred to your genital organs as a disease.

About the Second Chakra.
Chakras are energy centers within the human body aligned in an ascending column from the base of the spine to the top of the head. The function of the chakras is to spin and draw in the energy to keep the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health of the body in balance.
In our workshop we will focus on the Second Chakra (Svadhisthana Chakra, Sacral Chakra, Sexual chakra, and Spleen Chakra all are the same). The Sexual Chakra is located in the lower abdomen which governs the sex organs and is associated with the color orange. The sacral chakra is the center of our feelings and sensations.
The Second Chakra is particularly active in our sexuality. It can get bogged down with the feelings of guilt and shame that are often associated with sexuality and sexual trauma. It is possible to clear Sacral Chakra blockages by forgiving yourself and others, and accepting yourself as a sexual being.
Meditation for dropping into the Second chakra.
In this meditation we will:

We imagine that every person is a planet and energy is circulating around it like an orbit. With this practice we relax very deeply and let the energy flow through the channels. Important Notice - this is not a sex party. While we will be sharing experiences and information regarding the physical pleasures, joys and life changing power of sex and orgasm, we will not be engaging in any physical sexual activities during the evening.
Our Mission - to help human beings become free from fears, other people’s opinions, insults and body/soul sicknesses. When more people learn how to find pure joy and happiness within themselves, less people will be driven to acts of cruelty and war.

They are committed to support people in creating transformations in this area; we are very serious about setting up a very safe environment where many miracles can and usually do happen.

Lyuba’s story.
"I am going to share my sex history, which is still very vulnerable and I am able to talk about it only after healing most of my traumas. My first orgasm happened when I was 12 years old, my cousin introduced me to all the technicality of how to make it happen. I loved the experience so much and continued masturbating on my own from time to time. One day my mom caught me in the middle of the process and scolded me. That was the first negative seed planted in me about sexuality. I still continued pleasuring myself but with a lot of shame from then on. I was a good girl and saved my virginity up till 20 years old when I met the perfect partner, fell in love, and was ready to share my body. He happened to be a virgin as well and our first experience was not enjoyable at all. The next seed planted in my mind was that sex is not fun, at least for women. I didn’t want to have sex any time again and my partner happened to want it all the time. I loved him, wanted to cuddle, but without any sexual activities. From time to time I was forcing myself to have sex with him to please him, especially when he did something nice that day. My vulva had learned to become numb and that way I could have sex without pain even when I didn’t want it. Bodies are extremely smart that way! Several years later after we broke up I have tried having sex with another guy who was doing some ‘energy work’ on me and I LOVED IT! After this I realized that sex is for women and I can enjoy it! I  started feeding my sexual hunger and trying new things with different partners. I enjoyed it but I didn't love my partners. Each morning after having sex I was feeling lonely. This time the seed was planted that sex and love do not go together. 
When I met my husband and fell in love with him, my body didn’t want to have sex, fearing that ‘dirty sex’ can ruin the pure love feeling. Luckily at that time I had been doing a lot of inner work and had supportive people in my life. We worked with the painful beliefs in my head and connected my Heart and Sexual chakra. Since then, I enjoy the beautiful combination of love and sex together! 
After overcoming negative sexual beliefs and experiences I am passionate to help people avoid all the pain and confusion that I went through, or at least make the path shorter. I have been preparing this workshop with so much love and care for every tender spot you might be carrying around."

Lana's story.
"When I reflect back on my relationship to sex and sexuality, I see that not only I did not know much about sex in the beginning of my journey, I also had a lot of mixed messages relating to sex which subsequently resulted in experiences I did not want.
When I was 3.5 years old, I was visiting my maternal grandfather and was allowed to walk to see my other grandparents by myself . On the way home, a stranger approached me asking if I wanted to see a “blue pear.” He did not seem to be threatening and I was very curious. My recollection of that experience is fragmented but I remember that I was touched and I had a very strong physical and emotional response which I later learned was an orgasm. It was intense and somewhat scary but pleasant. I run home and told my mother about what happened. While being worried, she comforted me without scaring more me and soon I forgot about the experience. As I started to explore sexuality, I remember that experience being associated with pleasure..
On the other hand, I had a very challenging relationship with my father. He was raised being physically punished and he learned to parent doing the same. On one side, he was a very caring and loving man. On the other side, he was brutal and unkind when it came to parenting. The message I received subconsciously was that I was “not good enough for a good man”, and “I did not deserve being loved”. I carried a lot of shame about being beaten up and I also told everyone who expressed concerns, that “I deserved it because I was a very difficult teenager.” I did not want to admit that my father was doing the wrong thing and took responsibility for that by blaming myself.
As one might expect, I did not learn to attract man who appreciated and loved me and I did not trust man. I often would go in two directions. I either used sex to suppress the loneliness and anxiety, or gave my heart to someone who could not be trusted. Both directions left me empty and disappointed.
It took two failed marriages to start looking deeper in what I have being creating. I diligently worked on myself in every area of my life from understanding what drives my desire and choices to what it takes to embrace sexuality and how to enjoy one of the most powerful forces on the planet."
