Embark on a transformative journey at 'Organik Flow Movement Lab' with guest instructor Regina Lum-Witkoske.

Props, Props, and Playfulness!

This unique session invites participants to move beyond traditional dance techniques and immerse themselves in the freedom of spontaneous movement, self-discovery, and collective creative expression.

Guided by guest instructor Regina Lum-Witkoske, this special edition of the 'Organik Flow Movement Lab' will explore energy coordination patterns, enhance personal and shared spatial awareness, and incorporate the use of innovative props to unlock new dimensions of movement. Through a playful and mindful approach, participants will cultivate proprioception—heightening the body's awareness in space—leading to greater grounding, emotional calmness, and nervous system balance.

This is an opportunity to not only awaken your creativity and nurture your artistry but also to experience the joy of uninhibited play. Whether you're an experienced mover or entirely new to the practice, this session is designed for individuals of all body types aged 21 and above, offering an inclusive, welcoming environment for all.

Plan on wearing layers. Bring socks, knee pads, an open mind, and water.

Remove jewelry and refrain from wearing perfume or heavy scents.
