Meet Your Instructor: Cinnamon Trammell
This workshop will be led by Cinnamon Trammell, a dynamic dance instructor, dance therapist, and life coach based in Chicago. Known for using the power of movement to transform lives, Cinnamon is the founder of Flow Dance Therapy and owner of a thriving dance studio. He has helped thousands discover confidence, healing, and joy through dance.
With over 20 years of experience, Cinnamon brings incredible energy and heart to every class, offering fun, entertaining lessons in more than 60 dance styles, including salsa, swing, ballroom, and hip-hop. A passionate educator and motivator, he blends dance with personal development, helping clients overcome emotional blocks, build self-esteem, and reconnect with their bodies. Cinnamon is also the author of three books available on Amazon, where he shares his philosophy on movement, mindfulness, and empowerment.
