<P CLASS="reduce-top-margin">Lauren Elder is an actress, singer-songwriter, and world champion whistler living in New York City. She has performed on many stages throughout NYC including Broadway in <EM>Side Show</EM> and <EM>Hair</EM>; West End in <EM>Hair</EM>; Shakespeare in the Park/NY Public Theater in <EM>Hair</EM>; and as part of the Homunculus Mask Theater ensemble in <EM>The Village of Vale, Orange Star Dinner Show</EM>(directed by Ken Roht) and <EM>Born Blue</EM> (directed by Anthony Rapp). Outside of NYC, Lauren has performed in the Kingsmen Shakespeare Company Festival in California, and in <EM>Side Show</EM> at The Kennedy Center and La Jolla Playhouse. On screen, Lauren has performed on the television shows <EM>Law & Order SVU</EM>, <EM>Louie</EM>, and <EM>Boardwalk Empire</EM>. Lauren is also a children's performer and teacher at New York Film Academy. She performs regularly in nightclubs around NYC including 54 Below, Joe's Pub, Birdland, and Jazz at Lincoln Center. Her debut album can be found on iTunes and Spotify.
