In January 2024, Illinois approved the Illinois Comprehensive Literacy Plan. This plan outlines 7 components of Literacy Instruction. This session will focus on the core, Tier one instruction along with appropriate scaffolds for all learners including, Advanced Learners, Learners with Specialized Needs, and Multilingual Learners. Oracy is one of the 7 modules, attendance for all sessions is not required.
