Please join the Design-Build Institute of America St. Louis Chapter (DBIA- STL) for our  first breakfast program of 2019.  
The Opus Group has been steadily building back its presence in the St. Louis and Kansas City markets since re-establishing a St. Louis office in 2012. Together, the St. Louis and Kansas City offices work collaboratively as a Missouri team to develop and design-build highly visible and investment-grade real estate assets. This program will take a closer look at Opus, how the company is structured, and why they use this contract delivery method to pursue some of the toughest sites to develop. A case study featuring the Opus process for design-build will also be presented.
Join us to learn how DBIA-STL can help you and your company representing the industry and advocating for alternative project delivery methods within the State of Missouri.
