Join us on Wednesday, April 8, for a special Faculty Development Conference.
The topic of this conference is Optimizing the Learning Environment: Creating a Culture of Feedback Conversations. It will feature Ruth Franks-Snedecor, MD, assistant dean for Graduate Medical Education (GME) at the U of A College of Medicine – Phoenix. Dr. Franks-Snedecor will share best practices for formative and summative assessment of learners.
Invitees include all UME and GME faculty educators, fellows and residents. Snacks will be provided.

- Describe best practices for providing written and verbal feedback for medical student and resident trainees.
- Discuss key features of optimal formative and summative assessment strategies in Undergraduate Medical Education and GME settings.
