Communication skills are at the core of our ability to connect with others, and optimize outcomes professionally and personally. These skills are particularly relevant in hybrid/remote, rapid growth environments where building relationships with colleagues and cross-functional collaboration are necessary ingredients for success. In this session, you will learn a framework that is easy to use and will help you identify how best to communicate with your colleagues—especially those who have a different communication style than yours.Learning Objectives:<ul><li>Identify your communication style, and recognize others based on observable behaviors</li><li>Enhance your interpersonal skills by flexing your communication style</li><li>Have a working model to help you quickly adapt and connect with others more effectively, building trust and improving relationships</li></ul>Exercises will be customized to ensure they reflect day-to-day communication challenges, and are an opportunity to practice and apply the learnings form this course.
