By participating in the Oppressive Trauma-Informed Care training, you'll gain a deep understanding of racialized and historical trauma, its impact on Minnesota communities, and the urgent need for transformative justice and radical healing. This unique session will also guide you in transitioning from a 'trauma-informed approach' to incorporating 'oppression' into your trauma-informed methods. Lastly, you'll receive practical action steps for creating spaces that foster healing and understanding.

● Transition to a multifaceted Trauma-Informed approach for yourself and those you serve.
● Developing structural awareness of “isms” and their impact on the day-to-day
● Understanding the need for system accountability.
● Action steps to create spaces for healing.
This training will be virtual, in-person, and recorded. Board approval pending for 2 CEUs by the following boards: Social Work, Psychology, MFT, and Behavioral Health and Therapy.
