Join us on May 18 for Open Trails Day! Visitors will be given a trail map and are invited to explore the grounds. Most of our trails are quite gentle and you can spend as little as forty-five minutes or several hours meandering and exploring the flora, fauna and artworks.
We will also be hosting Memory Reconsidered – A Modest Proposition, an experimental art-nature-memory-memorialization project set within a lush woodland setting. Visitors interested in experiencing this art work will be transported to the exhibition site, about a 5-minute drive. At the end of your visit, we will transport you back to I-Park – or if you’re up for it, you’re welcome to cross the Eightmile River bridge and walk back to the I-Park campus.
When signing up for tickets, please let us know if you're interested in Memory Reconsidered – A Modest Proposition so we can plan accordingly for volunteers and staff.
This event is free, however, a free will offering of $10 per adult is suggested to support I-Park's international artists-in-residence program.
Please note that no pets are allowed.
