Open Studio™ is a monthly virtual working and collaboration space for creative professionals to unpack barriers, exchange real-time feedback
Why We Built Open Studio™
Creating in isolation makes every roadblock feel bigger than it actually is. When you are running low on creative juices, dealing with executive freeze, or navigating imposter syndrome, standard networking mixers and rigid critique panels only add pressure.
Open Studio™ is designed like an after-school session for creative nerds. It is a safe, horizontal environment where you can take off your professional performance armor, talk shop, vent operational friction, and realize you are not alone in the process.
You do not need a finished deck or a polished pitch to enter. Bring your raw drafts, messy notes, half-baked campaigns, or current bottlenecks.
The 2-Hour Structure
Every session balances honest conversation, constructive peer support, and dedicated build time:
- 00:00 – 00:30 | Phase 1: Barriers & Best Practices (30 Mins)Unpack creative block, burnout, and client friction. A horizontal space to share operational hurdles and discover how peers navigate similar roadblocks.
- 00:30 – 01:00 | Phase 2: Feedback & Real-Time Review (30 Mins)Get fresh, curiosity-led eyes on your active campaigns, rough drafts, pricing dilemmas, or portfolio concepts.
- 01:00 – 02:00 | Phase 3: Focused Co-Working & Build Time (1 Hour)Head-down, high-focus time to immediately apply feedback, work through bottlenecks, or make tangible progress on your projects alongside fellow comrades.
*Note: Facilitators adapt session dynamics dynamically based on attendee intake forms to dedicate more time to barriers or feedback as needed.
