Upcycle a Clock Workshop

Ages 12 & up

Turn a thrifted clock into a bold, one-of-a-kind piece of functional art!

In this workshop, you’ll take apart a clock, redesign it from scratch, and reassemble it using paint, embellishments, and new clock hardware. No two clocks will look the same — this is all about creativity, personality, and giving old things new life.

What’s included:

• Thrifted clock base
• Clock hands & clock mechanism
• Paint, embellishments & mixed-media supplies
• All tools and instruction
• Hands-on help throughout the process

Design options include:

• Acrylic paint
• Spray paint (weather permitting)
• Texture, layering & embellishments

Not sure where to start? No worries. We’ll walk you through taking the clock apart, choosing a design direction, and putting everything back together so it actually works.

🎨 No experience needed. This class is beginner-friendly and creative at any skill level.

  Each clock will be fully functional by the end of the workshop. Designs vary based on creativity and time — perfection not required.

Tickets or RSVP are required to secure your spot. If no one registers, the event may be canceled and the studio may not be staffed appropriately. Walk-ins are not advised without calling ahead to confirm the class is running.
