Andre Williams and Relevations Dance Company will be presenting Unfurling, an evening length work that conceptualizes the idea of reincarnation or the belief that a person's soul can experience multiple life cycles. Unfurling explores a landscape in which the dancers reckon with exposure to the totality of the soul. The ensemble embarks on a journey of acceptance of this multiplicity, realizing that we are rooted in the soul's capacity to live and navigate a fluid and every changing terrain.
Margo Korn's new work explores intrapersonal relationships, specifically around the conversations we host internally. Questioning cycles of thought and dissecting set patterns, both self-appreciating and self-deprecating. Diving into the influence our circumstances and immediate surroundings can play in these conversations, this work aims to connect with audiences on the premise of human experience.
