A virtual co-working / gentle accountability space for community to be intentional about their productivity & serious about their rest

Open Practice is a weekly, facilitated coworking container held online and guided by Michelle Morales.This is a shared practice of focused presence and gentle accountability. Participants are invited to bring something they are actively working on, whether that’s creative work, writing, planning, administrative tasks, or quiet study.Each session follows a 50/10 Pomodoro rhythm: 50 minutes of focused work followed by a 10-minute break. During breaks, Michelle will hold the container with sometimes guided, sometimes quiet pauses, allowing space for rest, reflection, or simple transition before returning to work.This week's session of focused flow and high energy breaks will feature a live set curated by DJ Myles!There is no teaching, instruction, or productivity pressure. Participants may keep cameras on or off and are welcome to arrive for part of the session or stay for the full duration.Open Practice is for those who want structure without urgency, consistency without performance, and community without obligation.If this kind of steady presence supports you, you’re welcome here.
