The Alice Fields Community Center For Black Women, Girls and Marginalized Genders is committed to fostering the creativity and talent of the people in the Bronx.
Every Friday except the second one of the month, is Open Mic Night, cohosted by Mama Tanya, executive director of Black Feminist Project & May Flowersz curator of Goodness Reigns Supreme.

Are all welcomed and encouraged to come help set the stage and help co-create a cultural space in The Bronx where creativity and artistry flourishes and grows.
As the space develops our kitchen at Cardamom & Thyme will be open for food and as of now light refreshments are available on a pay what you wanna donation basis as is entry.
For those who would like an alcoholic based libation, Mama Tanya's Sangria will be available for a modest fee.
