Open Lab Hours: Guided Training Session

Join a DOCR coffee educator in our training lab, where you can receive 1hr of guided training— anything from latte art to sensory skills.

This guided session can be used for any coffee educational purposes including: 

• Espresso machine fundamentals
• Practice dialing in espresso and pulling shots
• Exploring new brewing methods or refining your go-to at-home brewing methods (bring your equipment!)
• Learning DOCR's perfected pour over recipe 
• Learning or refining latte art technique
• Developing your palate and sensory skills
• Coffee cuppings and tastings
• And much more!

Participants are welcome to bring their own coffee equipment they have questions on or wish to learn more about. We also encourage you to bring a notebook for note-taking, and any educational resources you may reference or use at home. You'll have access to all equipment in our Training Lab, and coffee and milk will be provided by DOCR.
