About this event

The Bowen Branch has so many arts and crafts materials in storage from countless past programs. However, we invite you, the public, to use our stash as you'd like for an hour on the last Thursdays of May, June, and July. This program is free to attend, as well as the materials provided. Exercise your creativity using our own means at Bowen's Open Art Studio!
