What’s the refund policy?

Tickets are nonrefundable but may be transferable to another person.

What age would not require a seat ticket?

Children 2 + will require a ticket.

What's the dress code?

Relaxed or business casual.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket or is digital OK?

Printed or digital is okay. Tickets can be accessed by logging in to the Eventbrite website or mobile app using the email address associated with their order.

Will food or drinks be provided?

We kindly ask that guests eat before attending, as food will not be provided. Fortunately, there are many excellent local eateries nearby to choose from. Complementary beverage bar will be available including water, tea and coffee.

Are there hotels nearby?

Yes! The Country Inn and Suites-St. Cloud East, Best Western Plus Kelly Inn, and Courtyard St. Cloud are close to the venue.

Will there be vendors, books, or materials for sale?

Oola books and swag will be available to purchase-cash not accepted.
