THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO COVID19 REASONS
Dear friends,
We hope you are all safe and strong.
Unfortunately we were forced due to the restrictions with the new lockdown to cancel the Zambomba.
As you may understand we tried to do everything possible together with the artists and theatre to make it, in this strange year, both via Livestream as well as limited number of guest in the theatre.
As you may know all the profits of this years Zambomba would go to the Christodoulion Orphanage in Greece. Especially this year they could really use your help. Because we have to cancel, you can ask for a refund through the same way you bought the ticket, or by sending us an email and of course you will receive your refund. If you want you can also choose not to ask for a full or partial refund and we will instead give to money to the Orphanage as intended.
We will send you a card from the institution and the children and a small video from all of us, the Zambomba artists, with the pieces we were about to present, just to say "THANK YOU", on the same date with our performance, December 23. We will email you the link.
We would like to thank you once again, that you wanted to celebrate these Holidays with us through the Zambomba and wish you and your loved ones all the best!!!!

Zambomba 2020
“Zambomba” is a musical percussion instrument in Latin America and Spain, that people use to accompany the Christmas gatherings with family, friends and neighbors. It also means actually “the Christmas fiesta” itself. In these fiestas, people sing the “villancicos” (viyancicos) , Christmas songs, mostly in choirs.
For us, Zambomba is a project with a special meaning, as we present it for already 11 years, together with amazing flamenco artists and choirs, in order to support organizations and institutions for children.
This year we are supporting the Christodoulion Orphanage in Athens / Greece (www.xristodoulio.gr)
In these very difficult circumstances, we found ourselves adapting in the new situation but on the same time, we do want to be all together, to sing, dance and celebrate.
We have met flamenco lovers from all around the world that share the same passion with us and all together we create a miracle – COVID free Christmas fiesta, for all of you, thanks to the means of technology.
