About Me – Raquel Gomes

I’m a trauma-informed yoga teacher, energy healer, and holistic guide passionate about helping others reconnect with their authentic selves. Since 2022, I’ve shared my work across Europe and South America, guiding practices that support emotional release, nervous system balance, and deep embodiment.


My Philosophy

I believe stretching and flexibility are not just about muscles or fascia — they are about unlocking energy, dissolving emotional patterns held in the body, and restoring natural flow. True flexibility arises when body, breath, and nervous system are all in dialogue. My approach blends somatic awareness, deep breathwork, mindful stretching, and energetic presence to create not just physical opening, but transformation at every level.

Do I need any experience to join?

Not at all. Classes are open to all levels — from total beginners to more experienced practitioners. I offer modifications and options so you can move in a way that honors your body and energy.

What do I need to participate?

Just a yoga mat (or soft surface), a stable internet connection, and a quiet space where you can move and breathe freely. Optional props like blocks, a blanket, or a cushion can support your practice, but they’re not essential.

How do I join the class?

Once you register, you’ll receive a meeting link via email before class starts. You can join from your phone, tablet, or laptop — whatever works best for you.

What style of yoga do you teach?

I offer trauma-informed Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and intuitive flows — depending on the class theme and group energy. Every class is guided with intention, presence, and deep respect for each individual’s pace.

Is this class safe during pregnancy or injury?

Please let me know in advance if you’re pregnant or working with injuries. I’ll do my best to offer alternatives and support your practice safely.
