Welcome to our online vegan meal prep session! Join us for a fun and informative virtual event where you'll learn how to prepare delicious plant-based meals. Weekly Coach Niki, introduces different themes and styles of meal prepping. Meal prepping is essential to those that want to transition to a meatless lifestyle but may find it difficult with family members. By meal prepping you are able to cook for those you love without sacrificing your healthy lifestyle goals.
***5/6 This week's meal prep session will be jar-styled. So grab those mason jars, large and small and let's get ready to prep for the week. These jars should last 3-5 days, allowing you to stay on your healthy goals track. Some recipes include Jamaican jerked bowls, 7-layer burritos, breakfast jars, and more.
***5/13 This week's meal prep session will feature a dish from multiple countries. Enjoy a taste of Cuba, Italy, Jamaica, Thailand, and the Mediterranean to name a few.
***5/20- We go out with a bang for our last May's vegan meal prep session. Keeping it simple and tasty, get ready to explore the art of baking. We will be exploring baked goodies such as baked falafel balls, stuffed peppers, and more.
Meal prep items will be emailed upon purchase of class.

Sorry, no refunds will be allotted. If you can't make a session for any unforeseen reason you will get 1 complimentary pass for another class. However, it is not guaranteed it will be the same class you missed.
If you are allergic or sensitive to certain items, please omit using those items. If its a main item, please contact me via email iamcoachniki@gmail.com to ask for an alternative suggestion upon receiving the weekly meal prep items list.
Sessions are scheduled for an hour, however depending on the size of the class, time may vary. However, it should never be more than 1.5 hours.
