Having a hard time trying to find super warm, fresh bread at your local grocery store!? I will teach you how we bake bread, the Pan Moreno, in Mallorca, Spain in 1 hour using my abuela's (grandmother) recipe.
It's super easy. All you need is 4 ingredients that are still commonly available at your local grocery store. Learn now and your home will be filled with an amazing, aromatic smell of homemade bread.

We have so many options to choose from and so many different preferences for different types of bread... That's ok! We will cover many of them class by class. But for our first encounter we are going to travel to my hometown:

Mediterranean bread, specifically "PAN MORENO" from the Balearic Islands is just the perfect match for a breakfast toast, perfect side for any meal or a for savory sandwich as a night snack.
 
Crunchy edge and amazing moist and smooth center makes this bread my ultimate favorite. Perfect fresh out the oven or even better toasted when eating later during the day. Not only we can freeze it so we can always have access to fresh bread at home but it is so good you might just want to make more!!!
 
During this class we will learn the STEP BY STEP basics of making Pan Moreno bread and some possible variations we can add to it so that we can have a different experience every time. You can get as creative as you like after this!!! I will also give away some recommendations on how I prepare the bread as we do back home, but again, there are endless possibilities as to creating the perfect meal with Pan Moreno.
