Online Every Body Beginners PLUS Yoga Course

This is a course for sort of beginners/newish students!
Beginners PLUS is for students who are still quite early on in there yoga jounrey, but aren't total beginners.
Over the six weekly sessions we will build your confidence in the physical practice as well as covering elements of pranyama (breathwork) and philsophy.
We'll take the time to break down postures and techniques in a low pressure environment with plenty of time for questions. We will try, maybe have some wobbles, try again and have fun doing it
The classes will be held on Zoom and a recording will be avilable for one week after.

Good To Know
-You will need a yoga mat or a towel to practice on
-I recommend purchasing 2 yoga blocks to support your practice
-This practice requires the ability to move from seated to standing with the support of a chair or props
