About this event

Bhaskar and Shreya have been practicing meditation for around 13 years and 6 years respectively. They are trained to teach breathing yoga and guide meditations. They are deeply passionate to help others experience the deep benefits of yoga and meditation. Bhaskar is a tech product manager and Shreya is a lead software engineer by profession. In this free online session, you will get:

  1. Brief discussion on link between mind and breath
  2. A relaxing breathing technique that you can use in your daily life
  3. Guided meditation that is effortless yet deeply calming
  4. Introduction to Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY Breath Meditation) and Art of Living Part 1 course to dive deeper into meditative state of mind

For the best experience:

  1. Join from a private room where there is no distraction (including kid or pet)
  2. Sit comfortably on a chair with back rest
  3. Keep video on throughout the session to help facilitators make sure you are doing the right way
