About this event

Participants will learn how to design and make jewelry with found objects using cold connections! Guided by instructor Luci Jockel, participants will use techniques like sewing and heat-shrink tubing to make unique compositions.

Each person will leave the workshop with one or two pieces of wearable jewelry or small sculptures of their own design.

Participants: Please bring some of your own small found objects to this workshop! Please keep objects this size or smaller: 3 x 1.5 x 1.5 inches. Some examples of found objects include but are not limited to: plastic toys, knick knacks, twigs, rocks, buttons, beads, bones (must be clean!), broken tools, and sea shells.

This workshop has two sessions — Session 1: 5:30-6:30, and Session 2: 7:00-8:00.

Please register for only one of the two sessions offered. You may not sign up for both sessions; one seat maximum per person! You may sign up for yourself and one (1) friend.
