Accredited one day introduction to Crystal sound bowl course. This course is aimed at those who want to learn the basics of sound healing and techniques on playing the bowls.
This course covers:-
- What is sound healing and how does it work
- Brief history and the origins of Crystal Bowls
- Chakras
- Crystal Bowls and playing them harmoniously
- Types of Bowls and playing techniques
- Hands on bowl playing
- Basic Healing Session.
There will also be a good selection of hand picked Himalayan Sound Bowls for sale on the day.
